The project consisted of 15 new buildings and refurbishment of 2 existing, comprising mainly of apartments with retail units at the ground floor level.
KOC provided pre contract cost management services on the initial phase of this scheme, a redevelopment of the 19th century Clancy Barracks in Dublin, which dated back to 1857.
