Block 4 of the Belfield Office Park development was recently refurbished to the highest standards to provide bright, open plan, modern office accommodation.
KOC provided quantity surveying services on the project, which consisted of a strip out of all 5 floors, followed by a full CAT A fitout including open plan office space, toilets, an impressive double height reception area and cafe.
