Cherrywood is a developing new suburb of Dublin, bordering Loughlinstown and Rathmichael. It is located to the southeast of the city, in Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown.

The development involves the construction of 6 buildings consisting of a mixture of retail, residential and commercial, as well as 4-storey basement car parking with circa 2000 car spaces consisting of service areas, a retail plaza and a supermarket with an anchor tenant unit.
