Die Pyramide is a highly visible, 23 storey high-rise complex in the heart of Berlin. The office building and adjacent outbuildings have a combined floor space of 43,800 square metres.
KOC worked with The Comer Group to provide cost management services on the renovations that took place when the group formed their head offices at this location. As well as office space, a business hotel was also developed at the site.
