This project at Ireland’s largest airport consisted of the change of use of existing storage facilities and renovating to accommodate offices and a canteen area, along with a new high spec security office area.
KOC provided full pre-& post tender professional services over the course of the project including cost planning, budgeting and bills of quantities as well as monitoring of building works, preparation of interim recommendations and the final account.
