The prestigious Dublin address of No. 31 Dawson Street underwent a complete refurbishment for the opening of cocktail bar Peruike & Perwig back in 2014.
KOC were appointed to provide full Quantity Surveying services for the project and worked closely with leisure and hospitality company Press Up Entertainment Group towards the successful opening of this popular downtown location.
