The Pier
The Pier is a new energy-efficient, future-oriented office building being developed in the HafenCity district of Hamburg. The building will provide space for flexible workspaces, restaurants for commercial use.
HafenCity is an urban regeneration project that, upon completion, will become home to approx. 12,000 people and workplace to 40,000. KOC is providing cost management services to sustainable building company Edge Technologies, in conjunction with SteadWay.
